I. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

JOB TITLE - Manager - Website GRADE AVP-I

DEPARTMENT - Digital Marketing

LOCATION HO

SUB-DEPARTMENT NA TYPE OF POSITION - Full Time

REPORTS TO Head - Digital Marketing

REPORTING INTO Officer

II. ROLE PURPOSE OBJECTIVE:

- Manage website pages across product listing, content sections and engagement pages and own UX development, goal tracking and set up of GA/Data measurement

- Manage the user experience of the website including design, site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns including the UI/UX, format and features of the website.

- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to E-Commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners

- Develop and implement a holistic website engagement strategy to convert the public website into a lead sourcing and sales generation channel Optimize website in all aspects (content, google search, user experience, technology etc.)

- Manages the portfolio size of Rs.1.5 Cr. - NA

IV. KEY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business :

- Own all web properties of Ujjivan Bank as a digital asset and be responsible for its efficient functioning, uptime, security and speed.

- Work on analytics and optimization tools, monitor traffic and performance and identify actionable insights to grow our organic presence and improve user experience.

- Implement and constantly optimize Search Engine Optimization and Google Tags to ensure Ujjivan Bank's digital assets rank among the top 3 across related categories / products

Customer :

- Collaborate across functions - including Marketing, Product, UX Design Team, Security, Legal Compliance - to launch site changes that optimize the site to be a true brand discovery and personalized lead generation platform

- Create User-friendly and easy to navigate UX for digital interface of the bank

- Collaborate with Visual Designers to iteratively refine the design and ensure Visual Design requirements are accommodated.

- Facilitate user needs discovery and problem identification by conducting brain-storming sessions with Product Managers, iterating high-level work-flow concepts in wireframes and prototypes, and defining usability objectives

- Set international benchmark metrics towards delivering a superior digital experience to the customers

Internal Process :

- Implement Marketing data strategy and SOPs on usage of data for business insights

- Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met.

- Assist in tag management services and user acceptance testing of site tags in order to maintain integrity across multiple sources of data.

- Build automated dashboards identifying key performance indicators for marketing that drive actionable business decisions

- Support both structured and adhoc analysis to optimize the customer experience across all the channels that our customers can engage with us.

- Create and manage the processes for regular, ad-hoc and urgent content updation on website and through co-ordination with various internal teams such as Product, IT and Marketing and other stakeholders and manage all digital assets of Ujjivan bank.

- Evaluate, negotiate commercials and finalize vendors for development of website, Mobile apps, and the digital assets that the bank will create in the future.

- Ensure content update with regards to product and regulatory requirements.

LEARNING PERFORMANCE:

- Develop a model to evaluate content effectiveness as per campaign objective.

V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE SKILLS

Educational:

Qualifications - B. Tech or B. Sc. In Computer Science.

Experience (Years and Core Experience Type) - With a minimum Work experience of 5-10+ Years in managing website

- Should be well versed in commonly used CMS such as Adobe Suite.

- Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).

- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

- Certifications Not Required

Functional Skills - 5-10+ years' experience in creating digital content for brands, preferably for financial brands

- Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and W3C Web standards.

- Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, my SQL and JavaScript.

- Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems and W3C Web standards.

- Basic level of technical understanding of server, site architecture, sitemaps, robots.txt, HTML, meta tags.

- Ability to document requirements with clarity for easy of execution by the technical team.
