As a Turndown Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for our guests’ evening experience — delivering thoughtful touches, elegant presentation, and service that reflects the quiet luxury of our brand. Your attention to detail and evening availability will help create a sense of calm and comfort that lingers long after each stay.

Please note that this role requires Working Rights in Australia to be considered, with availability to work evening shifts.

Position Summary:

Join our Ladies and Gentlemen in supporting the Housekeeping team with evening operations
Perform evening turndown service with precision, care, and an eye for detail
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms
Ensure operational efficiency while meeting daily service timelines
Maintain and handle housekeeping equipment with care and responsibility
Build warm, personalised connections with guests through thoughtful, anticipatory service
Thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team
About You:

Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is highly regarded
Good communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand English
Flexibility to work evening hours is essential
Possess working rights in Australia
Passionate about delivering refined and attentive service
Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time management skills
Brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset and team spirit
