Your tasks
The TT Final Finish Floor Supervisor will:
Supervise Truck Tire Final Finish production flow. Supervises inspection and trimming, repair, schedules tires to be run through concentricity grinder and to warehouse. Responsible for the direction of the work force, efficiency of operation, quality of the product, housekeeping, safety, and maintenance of the equipment.
Supervise and direct the workforce of Truck Final Finish on a shift.
Maintain efficiency of the operation.
Ensure the quality of the product is met.
Conduct daily safety talks, housekeeping needs, scheduling of overtime and vacation coverage, along with preparing reports and administrative functions, employee relations, and equipment maintenance.
Coordination of work in process.
Ability to cover Lead Supervisor if needed
Perform other duties as directed by Final Finish Supervisors, Lead Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
Your profile
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or 2 years experience required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing supervision experience.
Environment:
Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided
