Duties
Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets, providing tailored recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities
Promote and sell a wide range of travel products including holiday packages, hotel stays, flights, cruises, and excursions
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service before, during, and after their bookings
Assist customers in planning complex itineraries, offering expert advice on travel documentation, visas, insurance options, and safety tips
Manage reservations efficiently using booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of all travel arrangements
Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships for future bookings
Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination updates, and promotional offers to maximize sales opportunities
Experience
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable
Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality services enhances your ability to recommend suitable accommodations and amenities
Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers and understanding their needs
Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of booking platforms, travel management software, or reservation systems is a plus
A passion for travel combined with excellent interpersonal skills will help you thrive in this role
