Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop Modern Trade accounts to drive business growth and sales performance Coordinate with key retail chains and store teams for smooth business operations Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution across stores Track sales performance, stock movement, and replenishment planning Build strong relationships with category managers and store stakeholders Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends Coordinate with internal teams including sales, supply chain, and marketing Ensure timely execution of schemes, promotions, and brand campaigns Prepare and share sales reports, store visit reports, and business updates Candidate ProfileMale candidates onlyExperience from Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty Care, or Personal Care industry only 35 years of experience in Contemporary Trade sales/account management Strong understanding of retail operations and key account handling Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficient in Excel and reporting Comfortable with market/store visits and travel Preferred Industry BackgroundSkincare Beauty & Personal Care Cosmetics FMCG Personal Care Brands Brands- Mamaearth, Dabur, Emami, Lotus, Lakme, Bellavita and similar like them.QualificationGraduate in any discipline preferredEmployment TypeFull-TimeLocation : PAN INDIA
