Roles & Responsibility

1. Account Management & Business Development

- Develop and implement contemporary trade strategies for spices to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new modern trade partners and chains.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts at both national and regional levels.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Drive primary and secondary sales through strong execution of trade programs.
- Analyze category performance and plan promotions to increase volume and value growth.
- Work closely with the distributor network to ensure proper supply chain and timely fulfillment.

3. Promotion & Merchandising

- Plan and execute in-store promotions, sampling, and seasonal offers.
- Ensure product placement, shelf share, and visibility standards are met as per planograms.
- Monitor and improve in-store merchandising effectiveness and brand presence.

4. Planning & Forecasting

- Collaborate with supply chain and production for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Track sales trends and prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust plans accordingly.

5. Team & Coordination

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage promoters and merchandising teams to execute plans at the ground level.
- Ensure training and motivation of field teams to drive performance.
