Job Description
Qualification - Any Graduate.
Location - Mumbai - Bandra
Experience - 2 to 5 yrs of EPC logistic / Transportation Handling
JD
1. Tracking all Dispatch Information received from WBSEDCL
2. Track Material Vehicle till delivery/ dispatch at site Location
3. Cordinate with site Team for receiving of Materials at site store
3. Checking vendor documents after dispatch and the same to be compliance with PO T&C approved.
4. Supply bill documents tracking to be compliance with client end checklist
5. Overseeing and track internal transfer of Material from one site to other site Location
6. Resolve transportation related issues by coordinating with supply vendor and at site.
7. Prompt and Timely Reporting of material status
8. Prepare MIS - Weekly and Monthly.
Requires skills :
• Good Communication
• Excel and MS office
