The training officer shall be an enthusiastic technical trainer to identify training needs for all category of employees. He shall plan the training calendar and execute as per the plan by pulling internal and external resources. He shall also be responsible to evaluate training effectiveness and plan for improvement. Training officer shall be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, he shall be an excellent communicator and motivator.Shall arrange for orientation programs for all new hires of all categories covering Safety, company norms/policies and technical to their job requirements.Identify the training needs for all category of employees.Shall prepare training calendar and plan for execution.Shall gather internal and external resources to fulfill training requirements.Shall evaluate training effectiveness and plan for improvements based on feedbacks.Interact with department heads to proactively identify training needs and plan for execution.Measure and monitor all metrics related to training and present to the leadership team on compliance. RequirementsDME/BE in Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 -10 years of experience in the same role from a reputed company.Hands on experience in conducting training on basic subjects (technical and soft skills)Shall have sound communication and presentation skills.Shall be a good motivator.Hands on exposure in preparing training calendar.Ability to gather internal and external training resources to fulfill training requirements.Hands on exposure in evaluation of training effectiveness and actions to improve.Sound knowledge in industrial safety, 5S and problem -solving tools.Good exposure and understanding of Manufacturing processes like Engineering and Automobile components, Hydraulics exposure will be an added advantage.Exposure on Labour Law & Apprenticeship Act.Should know local language (Local/Hindi/English)
