Job Description

Proven work experience as a Training Manager, preferably in IT SectorTrack record in designing and executing successful training programsFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to plan, multi-task and manage time effectivelyJob DescriptionEnsuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goalsEvaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performanceIdentifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessmentsDeveloping and delivering training solutions that meet business needsMonitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themResolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
