The Global Fund aims to establish institutional mechanisms for the training of Targeted Intervention (TI) service providers through the Kshamta Kendra Training Centre, based in Guwahati. The centre caters to the State AIDS Control Societies (SACS) of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Sikkim, providing training to staff of NGOs and CBOs working with core groups such as Female *** Workers (FSW), Men who have *** with Men (MSM), Hijra/Transgender individuals, People Who Inject Drugs (PWID), and Link Workers Scheme staff.
