Company: MEDSCoders Private Limited Position: Mother & Baby Care Trainer Experience: Fresher – 15 Years Employment: Full-Time Job DescriptionMEDSCoders is looking for an enthusiastic Mother & Baby Care Trainer to train our caregivers in practical mother and newborn baby care. Extensive experience is not mandatory . We are looking for someone who has basic knowledge of baby care, baby massage, mother massage and breastfeeding support , with a strong interest in continuously learning and developing expertise in mother & baby care. Roles & Responsibilities Train caregivers in newborn and mother care. Demonstrate baby and mother massage techniques . Train on baby bathing, diaper changing, burping, hygiene and safe newborn handling. Provide training on basic breastfeeding/lactation support , positioning and feeding assistance. Train caregivers in basic mother hygiene, comfort and mobility assistance. Conduct practical demonstrations and caregiver assessments. Learn from doctors, nurses, lactation consultants, physiotherapists and other specialists. Continuously research and upgrade knowledge about mother care, baby care, massage, breastfeeding and newborn safety . Help develop training materials, SOPs, checklists and practical demonstrations. Ensure caregivers understand when a medical concern must be escalated to a qualified healthcare professional. Candidate Requirements Fresher or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply. Nursing qualification is NOT mandatory . Basic knowledge of baby care and massage is preferred. Knowledge/interest in breastfeeding and mother care. Good communication and presentation skills. Comfortable providing practical training. Passionate about learning new mother & baby care techniques. Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred. Candidates from Baby Care, Massage, Japa Care, Childcare, Nursing Assistant, Wellness, Nanny Training or Healthcare backgrounds are welcome. Most ImportantWe are looking for a quick learner with a caring attitude and strong interest in mother & baby care . The candidate should be willing to continuously learn, practice and then train our caregivers according to approved standards.
