Position: Training & Certification Administrator

About the Role
QMet International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training & Certification Administrator to manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations and coordinate certification programs across individual, group, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in training administration, certification management, and a strong understanding of ISO standards and cybersecurity certifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage the QMet Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end certification processes for ISO and cybersecurity certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, CEH, and CISSP.
• Maintain certification records, renewal schedules, learner documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Provide administrative support to learners, trainers, and corporate clients throughout the certification lifecycle.
• Monitor training progress, generate reports, and streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to certification and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Information Security, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Training Administration, Certification Management, LMS Operations, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training coordination processes.
• Understanding of ISO standards and cybersecurity certification programs.
• Experience managing certification records, renewals, and compliance documentation.
