Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities
and process steps
Prepare learners for the job market by conducting:
o Mock interviews
o Resume-building workshops
o Job portal navigation training
•Encourage and assist +0% of learners completing training to apply for at least 5 jobs on the Job Portal.
Work with the Dedicated Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to
gauge employability of learners
Counsel learners regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of
placement opportunities
Engage with learners and provide feedback on learner’s
progress and learning
Work with the Training manager to incorporate learner feedback into future processes and content
Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content and the
need for local customization
Submit detailed performance reports on learner progress, attendance, and feedback at regular intervals
Volunteering activities to be conducted by clients (as per calendar predefined by the Leader)
+0% learners participation in guest lectures organised by the PS team
85% + attendance in training sessions to maintain learner engagement.
80% of learners complete 'Learn by Yourself' modules before ExLat.
