Conduct consultations with prospective candidates to understand their career
goals, aspirations, and challenges.
Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to individuals,
recommending suitable career paths and educational programs.
The eligibility criteria for the job posting mentioned is for the people who have:

Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant work experience
Prior experience in Education / Sales /Counselling
Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
Sales aggressive, self-starter, self-motivated.
