You will work closely with our senior trainers and leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver training programs in fashion design.
• Work with senior trainers and leadership team to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to address areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and coaching to junior trainers.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in fashion design or education.
• Strong understanding of fashion design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
