Trainee Recruiter (Fresher)

GoHire Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, work directly with US-based clients, and build a strong foundation in IT and non-IT hiring. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking channels. Screen resumes to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and job fit. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess communication skills and technical understanding. Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist senior recruiters with daily hiring activities and client requirements. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great experience. Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets as part of the US recruitment team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field (freshers welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work the complete US shift (night shift) . Strong willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word). Positive attitude, accountability, and commitment to performance targets.
