ICD NSDC is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Management Faculty to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to aspiring human resource professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on training in Human Resource Management (HRM).
Teach recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll, performance management, labor laws, and HR policies.
Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and industry-focused workshops.
Guide students in HR operations, talent management, and workplace best practices.
Mentor students with real-world knowledge and career guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Teaching or industry experience in Human Resources is preferred.
Knowledge of HR software, labor laws, and payroll processes is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
