We're looking for a full-time HR Executive to join our team in-office. The ideal candidate will manage daily attendance and leave records, prepare monthly wages/salary sheets, and coordinate with accounts for timely payroll processing. Responsibilities also include handling employee onboarding and exit formalities, maintaining personnel files and HR documentation, managing petty cash and day-to-day office administration, addressing employee grievances and minor workplace issues, coordinating recruitment for junior/support staff, ensuring compliance with basic labour law requirements (PF/ESI, leave policies), and supporting overall office coordination between staff and management. The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant HR/admin experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word, and the ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
