Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Together Group. This is a part-time role, approximately 15-20 hours per week, and can be performed remotely with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
• Design and execute media buying strategies tailored to each client's brand and goals.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create conversion-optimized landing pages.
• Set up, manage, and refine tracking systems, including GA4, GTM, Pixels, and UTM parameters.
• Analyze data, identify insights, and develop actionable plans to scale results.
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, new ad features, and best practices.
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of experience managing digital campaigns in an agency or brand setting.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Data Studio, and attribution models.
• Ability to track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, bounce rate, and session duration.
• Experience with A/B testing and ability to continuously improve targeting, creative, and messaging.
• Comfort working independently and thriving in team environments.
