About the Role:
At followg, we are seeking experienced State Heads to spearhead our B2B sales expansion in various regions across India. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving regional strategies, managing teams, and ensuring growth in retailer onboarding and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team across cities, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop state-wise strategies for retailer acquisition, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
• Ensure app activation and revenue performance, tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Track targets, onboard distributors, and manage operations efficiently, streamlining processes to maximize productivity.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B/FMCG/mobile retail sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with excellent time management and adaptability skills.
