Job Title: Team Leader German Voice Process - Jaipur (WFO)
Language Requirements: B2/C1/C2 Level in German
About the Role:
• Handling a team of dedicated professionals
• Experience in managing international inbound calls
Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding product orders
• Provide general information and assist customers with completing purchases online and over the phone
Requirements:
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 6 years of international voice experience in a reputable International BPO
• Excellent customer service skills and flair for upselling
• 5.5 days working schedule
