Now Hiring: Bartender, Floor Supervisor, Server & Coffee Roaster
Location: Tiramisu Bistro Edmonton, AB
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Open Roles
Bartender/Barista
Craft exceptional cocktails and espresso drinks with consistency and flair. You’re a fast mover, a natural host, and know how to elevate the guest experience from behind the bar.
Floor Supervisor
Lead with calm confidence. You’ll support the FOH team, uphold service standards, manage guest flow, and coordinate with BOH. You're hands-on, communicative, and ready to problem-solve on the fly.
Server
Deliver genuine hospitality, upsell with heart, and create memorable moments for our guests. You’re confident in your knowledge, fast on your feet, and love working in a team.
Coffee Roaster
Join our Lift Me Up Experience! Help us shape our in-house small-batch roasting. If you’re passionate about roasting profiles, coffee sourcing, and the art of a perfect cup—we’d love your input and talent.
Duties include:
Delivering warm, efficient customer service
Using POS systems and handling transactions accurately
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies
Following all food safety and health regulations
Supporting the team during peak hours with a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a café or fast-paced restaurant setting (preferred)
Knowledge of coffee, cocktails, or general service
Confident communicator with a collaborative spirit
Strong attention to detail and sense of timing
Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
Love for hospitality, good food, and creating community
