About the Position

We are looking to welcome a Therapy Services Coordinator to lead the Safe Healing Therapy Service to enhance mental health outcomes for families impacted by domestic and family violence and sexual violence.


Full time opportunity.
Level 7 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $119,094 - $124,074 plus super.
Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

Lead a team to deliver quality outcomes within a culture focused on impact, accountability and innovation.
Provide supervision and leadership for team members, with a focus on practice excellence.
Establish and maintain collaborative sector partnerships to enable seamless service delivery.
Respond and manage referrals into the service, intake, waitlist management allocation to therapists.

About You

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and registration as needed (psychology, social work, counselling).
At least five years’ experience in a therapeutic/recovery setting working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by child sexual abuse, family domestic and sexual violence.
Demonstrated ability leading and building a strong, cohesive team.
Management experience within a therapeutic service delivery context.

Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
Current driver’s licence.
