ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch & Administration Executive to support our day-to-day dispatch and office operations. The role involves maintaining records, coordinating domestic and international dispatches, packaging materials, preparing shipment documents, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update dispatch records, inventory logs, and other operational data using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Zoho, and Microsoft Word.
Coordinate domestic and international courier dispatches with logistics and courier partners.
Prepare courier labels, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other dispatch-related documentation.
Package samples, documents, and products securely for dispatch.
Arrange courier pickups and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
Track shipments and follow up with courier partners until successful delivery.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, courier expenses, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely packaging and dispatch of materials.
Organize and maintain physical and digital documentation related to dispatches.
Coordinate with vendors, courier agencies, and service providers whenever required.
Assist in general administrative and office coordination activities.
Visit courier offices, vendors, or other locations for official work whenever required.
Handle incoming and outgoing office calls professionally, respond to routine inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in dispatch, office administration, logistics coordination, or documentation.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is mandatory.
Strong data management and documentation skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to travel locally for official work whenever required.
COMPENSATION
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
Final compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
