Purpose of Hiring
To onboard a creative and customer-focused Textile Designer who can assist clients in selecting fabrics, designs, and combinations while enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the store offerings.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or Interior Design
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in textile design, furnishing, or interior consultation
Experience in client interaction and customization will be preferred
Key Competencies
• Strong sense of design and color coordination
• Good understanding of fabrics, textures, and materials
• Ability to guide customers in design and product selection
• Awareness of current trends in home furnishing and décor
• Visual merchandising and styling skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• High attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting fabrics, patterns, and design combinations
• Provide styling guidance for home furnishing products
• Support customization requirements based on client preferences
• Enhance in-store visual merchandising and product display
• Collaborate with the team to improve display concepts
• Stay updated with the latest trends in textile and home décor
• Address client queries related to design, fabric, and usability
• Maintain a premium and aesthetically appealing store environment
