Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Kolkata. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying and responding to relevant tenders, preparing and compiling tender documents, coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and managing submission deadlines. The role involves maintaining records of tender activities, communicating with clients, and following up on tender status.
Qualifications
• Experience in tender preparation, submission, and management
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
• Experience in the manpower outsourcing or assessment services industry is a plus
