Job Description
Position: Tenant Services Level 3 Role
The La Ronge Regional Housing Authority offers a full-time Tenant Services Level 3 position focused on community tenant support. Ideal candidates will excel in problem-solving and organizational tasks while working collaboratively.
In this position, you will be responsible for housing applications, income reviews, and calculating rental fees. Additionally, you’ll manage tenant inquiries, prepare leasing agreements, and coordinate moving processes, ensuring tenant satisfaction and confidentiality are prioritized every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process rental applications and conduct income assessments
• Prepare and explain tenancy agreements to tenants
• Coordinate the move-in and move-out experience smoothly
• Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns
• Review banking statements and financial reports effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some experience in property management preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Successful Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check
