Job Description
Join JLL as an Industrial HVAC Technician in Edmonton, ensuring top-notch performance of vital heating and cooling systems. This full-time position offers a hands-on approach to HVAC maintenance and safety. At JLL, you will be responsible for servicing industrial HVAC systems that support essential operations.
Your technical proficiency in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and emergency repairs will be keys to your success. This role involves close collaboration with the Facilities Manager and adherence to stringent safety policies to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC mechanical and electrical issues
• Respond swiftly to breakdowns, ensuring rapid resolution
• Adjust HVAC controls for optimal energy efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation in the CMMS Requirements:
• Completion of accredited HVAC technical training program required
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC experience necessary
• Valid HVAC/R certification or trade license essential
• Familiarity with BAS and DDC in HVAC applications preferred
• Strong physical capability for manual tasks and equipment handling Make a significant impact on operational reliability as you support vital HVAC systems at JLL.
