Position: Live-In Manager for Boardwalk Properties
Become the on-site manager at Boardwalk Properties, where you'll ensure resident comfort and safety every day. A hands-on role, this position requires a flexible schedule and passion for customer service.
This Live-In Resident Manager role emphasizes relationship-building and property management skills. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, responding to resident needs, and ensuring compliance with community standards. 2 years of customer service experience is preferred, and those with a background in property management will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure resident health, safety, and comfort
• Live on-site and manage maintenance tasks
• Respond to on-call needs outside business hours
• Collect rent and follow up on defaults
• Conduct annual suite inspections and show rental suites
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Experience with web-based programs required
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic during emergencies
