Overview

Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce our products and services
Engage in effective negotiation to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that add value
Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and maximize outreach efforts
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including call logs, follow-up tasks, and client feedback
Experience
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles with a focus on outbound calling
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes
Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly
Excellent communication skills in Chinese, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening and persuasive speaking
Experience in B2B sales or marketing campaigns that involve warm calling strategies is highly desirable
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships
