Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers through phone calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our products or services, and generating genuine business leads.
The role involves making outbound calls, introducing the company and its offerings, answering basic customer queries, maintaining regular follow-ups, and updating customer information accurately. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with different types of customers and should have a polite, professional, and positive approach during conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce available products or services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Generate new leads through regular calling and follow-up activities.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
Follow up with interested customers and support the conversion process.
Meet assigned daily and monthly performance
