Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Representative at Thrills Technologies. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales. The Telesales Representative will also provide customer support and assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and lead generation
• Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer complaints
• Training experience is a plus
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
