Join our team as a Tele-caller, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our online/offline courses, handling inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Ideal for energetic individuals with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our online/offline courses.
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer issues.
Maintain and update a database of contact details and call records.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Must-Have Skills:

Strong communication skills in Hinglish
Excellent selling and negotiation abilities
Confident, clear, and pleasant voice
Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Good listening and counselling skills
High attention to detail and documentation
Comfortable with Google Sheets / CRM
Emotionally strong to handle rejections
