• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during virtual consultations at Nao Medical.
• Engage with patients empathetically, providing them with the necessary support and information.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies to protect patient information.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer care experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and privacy policies.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and computer/laptop with an Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent.
• Operating system: Windows 10 or the latest version of macOS.
• Minimum 4 GB of RAM and a functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.
