As a Health Care Aide, you will help with hygiene, nutrition, and mobility needs while coordinating with nurses and health professionals to ensure a safe environment. You'll work closely with patients and families across various health care facilities, making a real impact on their well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care
• Support and report on health, mood, and safety
• Collaborate with nurses for routine patient care
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across care environments
• Engage patients in organized activities and programs Requirements:
• Registration or eligibility with the College of LPNs and HCAs
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
• Effective communication skills with patients and teams
