Job Description

Hope Allied Health Services is a registered NDIS provider and we're growing our allied health team. We're looking for speech pathologists who want flexibility, autonomy, and the satisfaction of genuinely moving the needle for participants and clients.

What you'll do
Deliver speech and language therapy sessions by video, complete NDIS assessments and progress reports, and support participants with communication, literacy, and telehealth-appropriate goals. Keep clean session notes in our platform and liaise with families, schools, and support teams as relevant.
What we're looking for
✔ SPA-eligible (Certified Practising Speech Pathologist) — no restrictions
✔ NDIS experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
✔ SPA eligibility (CPSP or equivalent) + comfort delivering therapy via video
✔ ABN holder (or happy to get one)
✔ Reliable setup for telehealth delivery
SDA/SIL experience and community languages (Farsi, Arabic, Mandarin) are a bonus — not a requirement.
Engagement options
Casual, part-time, or contract — minimum 5 hours/week. Scale up or down as life demands.
