Telehealth Exercise Physiologist (AEP) PT/Casual/Contract — ACT
Job Description
Hope Allied Health Services is a registered NDIS provider and we're growing our allied health team. We're looking for Exercise Physiologists who want flexibility, autonomy, and the satisfaction of genuinely moving the needle for participants and clients.
What we offer
We work around your schedule — mornings, evenings, weekends, school hours. You set your availability, we fill it.
Competitive contractor rates — above-market, transparent, and negotiated based on your experience.
100% telehealth — no travel, no parking, no wasted time between sessions.
Performance bonuses — when your participants hit their goals, you get rewarded for it. Your outcomes are recognised.
We handle the admin — billing, scheduling, and NDIS coordination so you can focus on clinical work.
Supportive team — dedicated coordinators, peer support, and a leadership team that actually knows the NDIS.
What you'll do
Deliver telehealth exercise programs for participants and clients, complete functional assessments where appropriate, prescribe and progress home-based plans, and write NDIS / CDM progress reports. Support participants managing chronic conditions, rehabilitation goals, or neurological presentations through telehealth-appropriate programming.
What we're looking for
✔ ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) — no restrictions
✔ NDIS experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
✔ ESSA-accredited AEP + comfort programming for home-based delivery
✔ ABN holder (or happy to get one)
✔ Reliable setup for telehealth delivery
SDA/SIL experience and community languages (Farsi, Arabic, Mandarin) are a bonus — not a requirement.
Engagement options: casual, part-time, or contract — minimum 5 hours/week. Scale up or down as life demands.
Apply via Indeed. We read every application.
