Job Description: As a Motor Insurance Telecaller, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
• Initiate outbound calls inbound queries to prospective customers to promote motor insurance products.
• Provide detailed information about motor insurance plans, benefits, and premiums.
• Assist customers in selecting the best insurance coverage to meet their needs.
• Process policy applications and renewals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance products is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales aptitude.
