Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. As a Psychological Counselor, your responsibilities will include providing counseling services to students, supporting their emotional well-being and personal development. You will conduct individual and group counseling sessions, assess students needs, and develop appropriate intervention strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications

A Masters degree in Psychology or Counseling

Proven experience in providing counseling or therapeutic services

Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Empathy and the ability to build rapport with students

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Understanding of child development and behavioral issues
