Job Description: Prior experience as a tele caller or similar. Computer literate. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Hard-working individual. Good time management abilities
