As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
• Introduce company products/services to prospective clients over the phone.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address inquiries.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for lead generation.
• Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally, aiming to convert leads into appointments.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in sales/customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Persuasive and convincing demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
