Key Responsibilities:•Answering phone call and explain about the company products and services.
•Creating effective relationship with both prospective and existing customer.
•Obtaining customer information which means aware of complete sales process helps to know the needs of customer.
• Understand customer needs for suggesting them the best solution.
•Asking some important questions to find out other specification.
•Fix doubts or any issues about the company product and services.
•Arrange a report of all deals
•Continuous tracking of needs and information provided by the customer.
Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year experience in BPO
•Excellent knowledge of English language.
•Good knowledge of computer programs like ( ERP software)
•Ability to switch communication styles.
•Manage and handle multiple tasks.
•Comfortable working in odd shifts/night as well
