Job description:

Ninehertz is looking for an experienced Telecalling executive with having American accent for the USA night shift. This a great "Work from home" opportunity for Tele-calling professionals, who are looking for a career in an IT services company.

The primary job responsibilities will be:

- Respond to client inquiries on call, provide information, collect details, and schedule meetings with the sales team.

- Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on various sales team activities and make sure a firm response is received.
- Keep records of all client inquiries, and update CRM.
- Continuously improve the company's services knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

- Work closely with the sales team for various activities to engage clients.

- Working knowledge of MS Office and email solutions.

Mandatory: Excellent communication skills with an American accent.
Shift timing: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM
