Tele caller Executive (Target-Based)

Winiyog Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain Winiyog's financial products and services.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, or Banking/Financial Services.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Good communication skills in Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
