Job Description
Key Objective of the Role
The Telecaller will be responsible for assisting customers with queries related to products and services while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused telecallers who are passionate about working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
candidates with experience in call center, telecaller, telecalling, BPO, Outbound calling can apply for this role
Prior experience (6 months - 2 years) in telecalling or BPO.
Handle telesales activities for products such as Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance.
Contact businesses and individuals via telephone to promote company products and services.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Make outbound calls confidently and professionally.
Maintain fluency and effective communication in the required language(s).
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate ProfilePreferred Candidate Profile
Regional language knowledge will be an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
