Responsibilities
The Delivery Support Specialist will review upcoming technology changes in front of the Technology Advisory board, feeding into conversations with both a business and technology lens to ensure the best outcome for our stakeholders. They'll also manage some level 2 production issues, working collaboratively with other ACC teams and Service Providers to ensure agreed service levels are met. Effective communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to break down technical knowledge into understandable language are essential for this role.
