Responsible for executing batch manufacturing to meet the daily production schedule in one of our compounding areas: the person, Acrylic, PUD, and floor finish. This role is responsible for accurately weighing, checking, and mixing specific chemical compounds for product formulations according to the job ticket instructions and established procedures.
Responsibilities
• Execute batch manufacturing in various compounding areas including the person, Acrylic, PUD, and floor finish.
• Accurately weigh, check, and mix specific chemical compounds for product formulations.
• Follow job ticket instructions and established procedures.
• Adhere to all daily start-ups and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a team-oriented mindset and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Multi-task efficiently to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Essential Skills
• Experience with chemical mixing and compounding.
• Proficiency in production, blending, and batching processes.
• Ability to accurately weigh and check chemical compounds.
• Strong adherence to procedures and job instructions.
• Teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Effective multi-tasking abilities.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fernley, Nevada.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
