Job Overview

SDC Business Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Support Executive for API Automation. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with API integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for API-based applications and automation systems
• Integrated WhatsApp Business API (WABA) with webhook-based message handling, delivery tracking, and automated agent-routing logic for enterprise clients.
• Monitor and troubleshoot API integration issues
• Assist clients in configuring and using APIs effectively
• Test APIs using tools like Postman
• Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution
• Maintain reports and technical documentation
• Ensure timely response and resolution of customer queries

Required Skills
• Basic understanding of APIs and automation
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
