Job Description
Job Title: Technical Support Representative – Operating System (North America)
Location: Jaipur Work From Office
Salary & Benefits: up to ₹34,000
10days free hotel stay
One-way travel ticket
Cabs available for odd hours
Work Details:
5.5 working days per week with rotational shifts (mainly night shifts)
9.5 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
Rotational week-offs
No leaves allowed in the first 3 months (except weekly offs)
Eligibility:
Graduates & Undergraduates
Excellent English communication skills
Good technical aptitude
Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound international calls related to operating systems and technical support
Troubleshoot software/hardware issues for North America customers
Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer problems
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and escalations
Ensure timely resolution while meeting KPIs and quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support
