Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Solutions Leader to guide the design, delivery, and integration of our CenPOS Payment Solution in a dynamic payments environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, acquiring partners, and external clients to gather requirements, define innovative solutions, and lead technical discussions to ensure seamless integration with CenPOS and Elavon offerings. Your success will be based on your ability to manage multiple projects, deliver scalable integrations, tackle technical challenges proactively, and enhance partner and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the identification, design, development, and implementation of key projects, including product delivery and partner integration.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, define solutions, and manage technical discussions effectively.
• Ensure successful integration of Elavon products and systems with customer solutions.
Basic Qualifications
• 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
• 3-5 years in customer-facing technical sales, consulting, or product delivery roles.
• In-depth knowledge of payment solutions and integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and demonstrate leadership.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with web services (SOAP & REST), JavaScript, CSS, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with debugging tools like Fiddler, Charles, and browser Dev Tools.
This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of three or more days each week. We also provide the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.

The salary range for this position is $92,820.00 - $109,200.00, depending on your location and experience. Along with competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement contributions and incentive programs.
